
SCOTTISH KEPT BIRD REGISTER
All racing pigeon keepers are legally required to register their birds location with Scottish Kept Bird Register and update their details at least annually. This guidance was launched in September 2024. If they were previously registered on the Great Britain Poultry Register (GBPR), they must re-register on the SKBR. This is a government legal requirement and outside the control of the SNFC. The SNFC cannot be seen to knowingly allow members to race in National races without a registration number and APHA could audit the club at anytime. Newest guidance means that Secretary is required to keep records of all members details including their CPH number for 3 months after each marking date, so it is very important that you have your CPH number and address on ALL of your race entry sheets. Annual Subscription Fees for 2025. Form available Here
Subscription £45 – plus £6 new member/£6 late penalty fees
Inland and Y/B National only members £25 per race.
Over 80 – £10 – plus £6 new members/£6 late penalty fees
S.N.F.C to continue to subsidise annual subscription of members over 80years of age by £35 – all members of a partnership must be over 80 years of age.
Birdage, Prize Money and Pools remain status quo
*Management Committee have authority to lower birdage fees should funds be available.
Federation Duplication Birdage to remain status quo. Inland & YB Races – £2 – No duplication in Channel Races

Due to additional & increasing bank charges for processing cheques, we are asking members to pay their memberships fees, race fees & pools by Bank Transfer. When doing so please use your SNFC member number or flying name as a reference. Cheques are still accepted at the moment but please pay by Bank Transfer if you are able too.
